Orthopaedic residents from Thomas Jefferson University, Geisinger Medical Center, Georgetown University, Columbia University, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and visiting residents from numerous other programs spend four months studying pediatric orthopaedics at the Alfred I. duPont Institute. The core curriculum involves lectures four times a week with weekly pre-operative and post-operative conferences.
