Case presentations are provided to inspire discussion on the relative importance of different findings related to making diagnostic interpretations and planning treatments. We would like to encourage discussion. We also would appreciate cases which are interesting which others might want to contribute. Please send a brief synopsis of the case to millerf@me.udel.edu and it will be reviewed. Information on how to present the data will forwarded to you.
