CORRECT

The correct answer is:

TRUE:

The left hip has a well developed pseudo-acetabulum with significant femoral head deformity. A reduction will require an acetabular reconstruction and a varus, and considering this boys age and the fact that he has no pain even though he is a very active teenager, suggests that he may do best in the near term with the hip in it's current location. The long term function of this hip can not be definately predicted but he will most likely develop arthritis in young adulthood.
